SMS Communications Program — Knepp Financial Group

1. SMS Program Description

Knepp Financial Group sends recurring SMS messages to opted-in clients and prospective clients. Messages include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, educational event invitations, office updates, and customer care communications.

We do not send unsolicited or spam SMS messages. All recipients have provided express written consent prior to receiving any messages.

2. How to Opt In
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages from Knepp Financial Group by completing the contact form on our website and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and clearly discloses:

  • The sender identity (Knepp Financial Group)
  • The types of messages to be received
  • That message frequency varies
  • That message and data rates may apply
  • How to opt out (reply STOP)
  • How to request help (reply HELP)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Knepp Financial Group.

  • You will receive one final confirmation message
  • No further SMS messages will be sent to your number
  • Your opt-out will be recorded and retained for compliance purposes

To resubscribe, complete the opt-in process again on our website.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly by phone or at the email address on our website homepage.

5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and scheduled appointments. You will not receive unsolicited or excessive messages.

6. Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply for any messages sent to or received from us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. No Third-Party Sharing
Knepp Financial Group does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
